Welcome to my website. My name is Anna Benge. I am a holistic therapist offering a range of massage therapies, Reiki and Crystal Healing.
Crystal Fountain has been open since October 2015, originally in the Market Hall, Aberystwyth. I am now located at Gwen y Mor, Ffordd y Fulfran, Borth. Having gained a diploma in Public Relations and Tourism in Barcelona, Spain 1995, I then studied International History and Politics at Aberystwyth University. I graduated with a 2:1 in 2004. But I decided for a change in direction and a career that would suit living in West Wales along with my family and children. I thought I could make a difference to people's lives working with touch therapies, something I had a passion for since a child, so equipped with good research skills and a good education, I trained in holistic therapies in Pembrokeshire college in 2008. Following that, I completed a level 3 qualification in advanced Aromatherapy techniques. I have since trained to Master Teacher level in Usui and Karuna Reiki and level 2 in Crystal therapy.
The therapies that I offer are Aromatherapy, Swedish body massage, Deep Tissue massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Facials, Reiki and Crystal Healing.
I have worked for different companies over the years and gained considerable experience in the field. I can help with all sorts of physiological problems like sciatica, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, problems and stiffness of the neck, headaches... and also I can help relieve and minimise the symptoms of many health conditions such as MS, Fibromyalgia, balance problems, digestive issues and mental health problems. I help treat depression and anxiety and I can help people with bipolar affective disorder and mood related problems. I use my intuition and apply a variety of my therapies usually using essential oils, massage techniques, reflexology, Reiki and crystals. I am also a member of the federation of holistic therapies, (FHT).
