This massage, traditionally a western approach to massage, incorporates remedial massage techniques including deep stroking, rolling, wringing, kneading, picking up, hacking and pounding if wanted. I use base natural carrier oils and can add essential oils if preferred. Excellent for de-stressing, and regenerating.
